Request to withhold information from public denied for Peach Bottom

 By letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated November 19, 2009 (Agencywide 

Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093290053), GE 

Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH), requested that the NRC remove, from ADAMS, documents 

associated with an NRC letter issued November 18, 2009 (ADAMS Accession No. 

ML093220232). By letter dated October 1, 2009 (ADAMS Accession No. ML0927904683), 

Exelon Generation Company, LLC, (Exelon), requested that the NRC withhold documents from 

public disclosure that were previously submitted by Exelon to the !\IRC as publically available 

information. As noted in your letter of November 19, 2009, the NRC staff has denied Exelon's 

request to withhold this information from public disclosure and provided a 30-day period to 

submit further, factual information to support the request.
